For safety reasons, height and weight restrictions on our Zip Wire Experience may be subject to change at short notice on the day of the activity due to varying weather conditions or other operational factors. If a participant no longer meets the revised requirements, they will be offered an alternative activity (where available) or a reschedule in the form of a credit note. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Loose scarves or any head covering wrapped around the neck are strictly prohibited. Headscarves may be worn if securely fitted and not wrapped around the neck. For safety reasons, only sports hijabs are permitted on zip wire activities. These are available to purchase onsite for £12.
